"Fuchin' ridicilis." That's all i have to say.

Hogdson does not like it in Vancouver. He's stated it so many times.
Than you sir are an idiot if you would rather have your team be "clean" But suck, than "dirty" and be a Stanley Cup contender. Where has Hodgson stated that? Even if true I don't see how it really affects his value.

Then I suppose it won't be difficult for you to provide us to a link where he's stated this?

Yeah but all of our prospects aren't allowed to develop and we forfeit all future draft picks just 'cause. As well, we are barred from signing any free agents unless they have negative value.

It all makes so much sense now! We're doomed in 5 years... Doomed!

People here really need to work on their reading comprehension....

- Rangers fans saying that it will take a top prospect + 1st (or whatever they said) to get Callahan are NOT saying that Callahan has that much trade value, but are saying that Callahan is worth more to the Rangers than any other 20 goal scorer, because of what he brings to the table, and THEREFORE any team would have to OVERPAY to get him.

- THE RANGERS HAVE ENOUGH CAP SPACE TO SIGN ALL THEIR RFA'S AND RICHARDS FOR ABOUT $8M. THIS HAS BEEN STATED 1345678956392863 TIMES ALREADY.

- Kesler is worth too much to the Canucks. Callahan is worth too much to the Rangers. Use your common sense. Please.

IKR if I told you 5 years ago Ryan Kesler would be a 40 goal scorer, the Sedin's would win back to back Art Ross Trophies that Burrows would be a 30 goal scorer would have you believed me, a lot can happen in 5 years.

Totally agree with you but there still is no need for all the bashing of players that usually come at the Canucks expense,if you don't like a player no one is forcing you to watch them play

He's acting as if we are in a vacuum and aren't allowed to develop or acquire new players. Perhaps "" would have helped clarify my point.

Anyway, I don't think Dubinsky's as good of a fit for us as the majority. At least for the assets he'd cost us. Has he played much wing in New York?

It's amazing how many Oiler fans have raged about the Canucks in the past year. I see by far more hate from the Oilers fans than teams we actually care about, like the Hawks, Wings, Sharks - you know, teams that are actually RELEVANT.

It's embarassing to myself actually that I'm even responding to your post, cause none of us could honestly care less about your team, a team that hasn't been relevant for years, and won't be for at least two or three more. You're just a nice placeholder that feeds us some W's.

Go back to hating on Calgary - theres another team that sucks, just like you do. When you're able to make the playoffs again, people might care what you have to say.
As a fan of both teams I just want us to get along

Canucks are very good now, Oilers will be very good in a few years, both teams will have some great games with each other. Meanwhile the Flames will be about to finally begin their rebuild.

Yeah, this was his first full year though AFAIK. He's much better suited for along the boards play on the wing than at center, though he's still defensively responsible.

Anyone that's calling Kesler a ***** needs to have there heads examined there are some tough big guys on that list and Kesler will always stick up for his teammates and give you everything he has

While Ranger fans calling Kesler a ***** for fighting "smaller" guys lol

Ryan Callahan-Chuck Kobasew,Jamie Langenbrunner,Mike Comrie,Matt Cooke

Brandon Dubinsky-Dainius Zubrus,Drew Miller,Jeff Halpern,Mike Green,Alexander Ovechkin,Jack Hillen

WOW now that's a list of big bad enforcers right there, take your HOMER shades off
Toughest guy on Kesler's list is Perry. Also, likely that it wasn't much of a fight.

Dubinsky is a much, much better wing than center.

Does anyone think think the Kesler fighting really tough guy thing goes out the window when you see lil' Sammy Gagner's name on that list. Iginla, Weber and Perry are all fairly tough, but damn....Sammy? He's like 160 freakin pounds.

Why is the subject of Kesler's toughness or lack thereof dominating this thread?
