I'm kinda surprised an NBA player hasn't sold some tattoo space yet, like a nike swoosh or something on their arm.

Is it bad that, as a 24 year old now, I still kind of want to see this?

Absolutely not, you can join me as I camp for tickets wearing my Winnie the Pooh costume from when I was a kid.

The NBA owners are silly, they had the players by the cojones the last time, and then they install a system where hurt guys with huge wasteful salaries have value, the soft cap with the larry bird exemption kinda worked. Now you have expiring contracts. I hope the NHL doesn't cap ceiling itself into crappy players making a ton being valuable moneywise.

Jesus man, eat some more bacon or fart or something. We're losing you.

You both should be ashamed if your woman isn't the one dragging you to it. Why couldn't you be like the other kids and be watching Predator over and over, until you know every single word to the movie?

My 3 favorite movies are Predator, Inception and the Big Lebowski. I'm no slackjawed... well you know.

I just have a thing for kids stuff and I, not to sound like a *****, but Winnie the Pooh holds a place special to me because I used to watch it with my Grandpa before he died.

I used to be really into nostalgia.

For some reason, I don't think I ever grew up with Winnie the Pooh. Maybe I have more respect, no idea.

In all honesty, I think I'd rather watch the Pooh movie over the ****ing Smurf movie.

I'm 24 and that didn't look so bad either. So you're not alone sobrien.

Yet I'm drunk...

I'm just glad they did the new Pooh movie in classic animation style. It would have really upset me if it got pixar'd.

Will I go see it? Probably not.

Pooh would be kinda weird if it was done by Pixar. Definitely take you out of whole Winnie the Pooh experience if it was not at least done by hand.

Simpsons: 13. SNL: 11 or so. Looney Toons: Forever as I can remember. Ren & Stimpy: Maybe earlier than Power Rangers. Weird times and honestly, the shows back then were so much better. All the cartoons that were clever and funny are all dead now for brain-dead shows (e.g. Spongebob).

"Brush with greatness" moment:

A high-school friend is up from Texas and that brought a few friends and other classmates together. At a get-together, we were doing the "where are we/they now?" thing. One person mentioned that our fellow graduate, Shawn Drover, now plays drums for Megadeth. I knew he and his brother, Glen, were playing in a metal band, and didn't think much about it.

I'm sure Shawn wouldn't know me from Adam now! We did play in band together: he played trombone (for any Megadeth trivia fans).
