I think Wolski deserves a shot at top 6 minutes. Tossing him under the bus after half a season doesn't make much sense to me...

FYI he and Aasen have approximately the same number of points in the same amount of ice time in the same number of games.

If given a choice I would take Wolski IF he brings jam to the rangers

I also agree with the premise that if NY wants to cut salary than that player should be Avery who played twice the number of games that Zuc or Wolski did yet had the same point total.

If skating was identified as an issue for WW going forward it seems foolish not to see how things line up by training camp. He will either have done his homework and put time into training at the rink or he didn't.

If he didn't then he is bait and should be tossed overboard.

BUT if he comes into camp in Torts shape, followed underhill's skating regime he deserves a shot at the top 6.

I support Wolski for 2nd line LW . Dubinsky should get the top nod. After that I slide Boyle to the wing and Avery 4th line.

Signing Feds doesnt bump Wolski but it could bump a Zuccarello. Rupp is a good 4th liner

of course injuries can occur and Sather making a deal would not be crazy

he was never really given a chance with one of the top-2 lines. He has been working hard this offseason to get better, and I think we might see that work pay off. Also if you are serious about the Rosi comment the door is too your left, please gtfo.

if we get Brad Richards, he better get a shot. When paired with an legit 1st line center, he has shown what his skill is able to do. Unfortunately, he is such a player that cannot make **** happen on his own, much like Frolov needing Kopitar to succeed. Well, I guess a trade does something for Wolski's ability to bring his game for some reason.

I'm of the thought that if Richards-pending the Rangers can sign him- can help enigmatic James Neal put up big numbers, he can help Wolski do the same. I know a lot of people want Richards to play with Gaborik on the first line, but I would try to spread the wealth and hope the lines gel.

Wolski-Richards-Callahan
Dubinsky-Anisimov-Gaborik

FWIW, I think Wolski is a goner. I think he will start off well, slack off, be a Black Ace and end up waived and in Hartford. This has been his course with 2 other teams already. What makes anyone believe that he can or has changed?

I'd give Christensen and Avery das boot before Wolski.

If I had it my way, all 3 would be gone.

If they get BR, Jesse Spector passed along that they would be searching to acquire a stud LW for the top line. If they find one, Wolski will be gone (traded or bought out). If not, then he will most likely get his shot. I think it would be a good fit, because he plays well with talented players.

Wolski will have a monster season. Bet on it.
