Penner - Kopi - Williams
Gagne - Richards - Brown (change the LWs if you want)
Clifford - Stoll - Lewis
Richardson - Konopka - Westgarth
Parse - Fraser (while he is hurt a prospect that wouldn´t have to go through waivers to go back to the farm)

DD - Mitchell
JJ - Scuderi
Martinez - Greene
Drewiske

Quick
Bernier

Wait until january and see how it´s working. If there is any problem fix it with a trade.

Has anyone thought about having an all flyers line together?

Gagne-Richards-JW

I know I'm going to get some "Brown and Kopi don't play well together" response but it'd be interesting to see how the flyers line would work together.

Anyhoo, just a thought.

I have personally always believed that Kopi and Brown have good chemistry, but I think the combinations are more to see what a heavy hitting Richards + Brown could do more than anything.

As much as TM likes to mix up the lines, I'm sure there will be a time when those 3 are playing together.

BTW Harrold is a UFA ..what happens if no one is going for him and Kings are not interested of his services anymore? not that is going to happen but just curious what happens if so? Is the guy still on the team without a contract for less money or what?

If Harrold has no contract, he has no affiliation with any teams. I doubt he gets a deal that is one way, if at all. I see him going overseas if he still wants to play.

Exactly. I don't even think he'd get a KHL contract. My guess is either some team signs him to a 2 way deal and just sticks him in the AHL or he signs in the Swedish Elite league or another euro league.

Well he has been around as a spare part long enough and he always did what they asked for.

Wish him well but won't miss him.

I think a team with less NHL ready AHL d-men would be very interested in signing Harrold to a 2-way deal. He's good depth which you can never have enough of.

Just figured I'd throw in my two cents and point out that the Kings fan base is not a bunch of tools like a fan base that shall remain nameless. If anything, the Kings fan base is a fragile bunch seemingly always hoping for the best but expecting the worst (ok I'm talking about me here but I've lurked around this board long enough to see I'm not alone in this).

These are great days to be a Kings fan but unlike that certain fan base we aren't declaring ourselves champions before we play a game.

No, 1C in Manchester. First injury call up.

Will be an interesting camp. Prospects finally battling for spots they can handle, bottom six in the NHL.

Can't remember when the Kings had there top six, four and two set before September.

I believe Andrei Loktionov should center our third line this year.
To create space for him I would do the following trade:

To Washington: Stoll and Penner

To La: Semin

Nope.com

Did you forget that Terry Murray is the coach? Semin would be on the fourth line faster than Penner.

Gagne is as good of a sniper as Semin and he plays defense. Richards and Gagne on the PK are amazing. Kopitar and Lewis as the 2nd PK unit will be awesome.

The Kings finally have the center depth to compete in the West and people want to move their best face-off center for a 20 year old rookie?

Swapping Penner for Booth?

Can Loktionov....

1) .....win faceoffs 65% of the time?

2) .....become a wizard in the shoot-outs, scoring 85% of the time?

Now we're just trading players for the sake of trading players. Lets see what Penner can bring us over a full season.

Not really. Booth has a 4-year deal.

Andrei Loktionov can not do these two things.
But, he has creativity and skills to make players on his line better.

Washington is looking to win the cup with Vokoun, doubt they deal Semin. Ironically, as are we, and we aren't going to throw veterans to the fire to chuck rookies out there. Stoll is one of the best third line centers in the NHL. Stoll >>> Rookie Loktionov.
