The "Allez, allez Montréal" chant that Impact Ultra fans sign is pretty cool. I always thought it would work well at Canadiens games.

It can be heard here: http://www.montrealmls2012.com/stadesaputo.php

That's just great. It's time we move on to the proactive mode. Enough with them mocking our chant....that Liverpool chant would be awesome.

LOL .... just like us, Habs fans....

And, for the record, Liverpool "invented" intense fan support in Europe. They ARE the example to follow.

The city of The Beatles is the first city in Europe to actively sing from the stands of their soccer stadiums.

Phonetically, I think it would sound better like this:

"
**** you,
Boston Bruins
You ain't got no history

Twenty-four,
Stanley Cups
That's what WE call history!

"

Try to sing it out loud to get a feel for it. Try to sing the first half with a mocking tone, then the second half loud and proud. For greater effect, try to sing 3 times in a row, singing it a little faster and meaner each time!

Or we could alternate English then French, which would help get everyone involved (hey, francophones are allowed to hate the Bruins too, right). How about this for a french version?

"
**** you,
Les Bruins
Vous avez rienque six coupes

Vingt-quatre,
Coupes Stanley
C'est ce qu'on appelle gagner!

"

As for our 28 other opponents, I would love to sing the following excerpt from Loco Locass's song "Le But":

"
Allez, allez-allez, allez Montreal
Allez, allez-allez, allez MONTREAL!!!
On veut gagner, on veut gagner, ON VEUT GAGNER!!!

"

(I feel adding the 'on veut gagner' part would finish the chant on a higher note, either leading to a loud cheer, or repeating the chant in a loop)

The chant would have made more sense last year when we also had Wisniewski, Mara and Halpern. We went from 7 Americans to 5. Eight if you count JT Wyman haha.
