Michael Del Zotto?

Right know i see rangers D is:

Staal-girardi
Mcd - Sauer
Erixon - Vet D/Eminger
Eminger/Vet D

And Del Zotto is a very good offensive player and in the Defence hes not that good right know. He will be a very good player but i cant see a future for him in my rangers.

So now to my question: What can NYR get from Del Zotto

And other Rangers fan can also write if you think he should stay and why

I see Del Zotto ahead of Erixon on the depth chart...

Nah, imo Erixon is better than del zotto.

I have been seing alot of skellefteas games this year and erixon has been their top 2 defender this year.

YES Del Zottos offensive is better than erixon but Erixon is good at offensive and defence. Del Zotto is not that good in defence.

thats my opinion.

There's no reason to trade Del Zotto now, especially when his value is low. Mine as well see if he can turn it around.

Staal - Girardi
McDonagh - Erixon
Del Zotto - Sauer

This with Eminger as the 7th would be ideal.

Del Zotto > Erixon, if only for the fact that the age difference (7 months) is negligible and Del Zotto has shown some good offensive instincts in the NHL (and next to no defensive ability, but that can be fixed).

15-20th OV 2012?

High-end Forward prospect (Johansen, Tarasenko)?
