I'm working on an undisclosed project and it involves designing a "perfect play" between two teams. The play has to start from a player getting checked into the boards. The play should finish with a One-Timer . . preferably Cammalleri / Steven Stamkos "esque" with going down to one knee:
Any thoughts? If I use your play, I'll buy you a sponsorship with HF and a 3 beers at a Kings game of your choosing.
Someone boards Drew Doughty and goes to the penalty box.
Kings go on the pp. They stand still and pass but don't shoot.
They finally shoot, and just as Kompon loves, they shoot right into the opposing players shin pads.
Its a two on one for the PKing team. Stoll is back on D.
Stoll don't know what the **** to do so he lies down in the passing lane.
Saucer pass over Stollercoaster to Stam****er (or Stamkos as you call him) and he does the only thing he's good at and takes a one timer beating an overstretched Quick doing the splits.

can it be on the pp? Im pretty sure there is no 'perfect' play when there are 10 skaters in the offensive zone
Nope, they want it 5 on 5 . . which makes it difficult because there obviously needs to be a fault on a defencemen or the center . . Maybe after the hit their can be a scrum for the puck?

Doughty hits a player in open ice, who bumps into his teamate, they both slide into a 3rd teammate, bounce of the wall and slide into a 4th teammate. All end up injured and can't move. Lewis gets the puck, passes it to Doughty who stamkostimers it into the net.
it would have to come from a faceoff.... Kopi side steps Opposing center while sliding the puck thru opposing centers legs .... at the same time the defense scrambles as a reaction to kopitars move .... Gange slides back door unmanned while kopi sends a floating back hander towards Gagne .... Gange proceeds to bat the puck out the air top shelf sliding on one knee winning the game with 4.3 seconds left in OT ...
Faceoff. Richards wins it back to Doughty. Plays it around the net. Butler (CGY) retrieves it but Penner runs him into the boards. Puck pops loose, Penner sends it to Doughty at the point. Fakes a slapper, gets Backlund to bite, steps around Backlund sends a saucer pass to Brown, backdoor.
