NYR.Com Posts Training Camp Page

Nothing is open to the public, nice way to thank us.

Quote:
A total of 66 players are participating in the training camp as the Rangers prepare for their 80th season. The on-ice workouts for the players, who have been divided into three teams, will begin at 9:00 AM every day. Training camp will be highlighted by a Blue White intrasquad scrimmage on Friday afternoon at 4:00 PM. Admission to all practices is restricted to Rangers personnel and attending media.
Some more players were added to list from RangerBoys original post about a week back.

Roster

Teams

Looks like they got Immonen and Balej on the same line.

Tytuin - Poti
Kondratiev - Malik
Kasparatis - Strudwick

are the top 3 pairs.

I've looked at the lines and the roster and I noticed one thing. They've managed to wrote Nieminen's name wrong not only once but twice and with each time differently. Not a biggie, but one could think that at least they would have the time to check the spelling of their own players' names.

Anyway, the rosters look fine to me at the moment. I'm looking forward to see some pictures from the camp.

REad toiday's N.Y.POST AT www.nypost.com and see the lineup of the first two lines. Not a way to rebuild Same with the d combinations. We need to suck it up and play kids! I think you are too optimistic.

could be the web designers fault with the misspellings...the rangers don't actually handle the webpage themselves, they contract it out i'm pretty sure.

and it looks like Immonen is wearing #38

i don't mind the D pairings beyond Strudwick being listed, because I don't think he'll be a regular

i also don't know what's scarier...Jagr listed at 6'2 240 lbs (built like a ******* tank!) or Grenier weighing 260

well...of course jagr is scarier from a hockey standpoint, but jesus, 260?? grenier is huge

Interesting, Lundmark is 17 again, which is a return to an older junior number for him.

Since being drafted he's been 16,17,26 and 21.

Montoya as 29 and Lunqvist as 30 just seems right, from a number perspective.

actually it doesn't matter, either spelling is technically correct. it's just up to ty(j)utin to decide how he wants it spelled while in the US. originally he said to go with tyutin, maybe he's gonna go with tjutin this year? or maybe the people who run the website are dumbasses, which is more likely since they can't spell nieminen

Lundmark with 17 ? Hmmm.....judging by his classy number selection, I will go on a limb and predict a good season for him

He is 6'1.66 to be exact. 185 cm. His twin brother is 62 or 186 cm.
