Please let those stay memories.

See, I think this is a giant mistake. We both know AK2 don't show up to more than 15 (being generous) games a year... so even if they show up when the other doesn't... that's still 52 games with neither showing up. Not good if you ask me. Which you didn't

I don't know, I guess I wouldn't mind.

Not sure how he'd fit, but I'm pretty sure if there's a place that could get some mileage out of him, it's MTL.

The problem is that he would end up taking Desharnais' spot on the Eller-AK line, would that be an actual increase in production and would it hurt DD's development?

this is ridiculous.

if we follow your logic if they show up each game they will score 90 goals a year?

Kovalev would bring scoring depth to this team and he sure can step in the top6 when we will have injury. After that manadgment are the one who know if can mesh with this team

So if we're looking for a top 6 forward how are we going to fit people in? Anyone have any insight?

No way to kovalev. He looks like he has aged 5 years since the last year with us. So slow, lost any first step he once had. No thank you.

I heard all the stuff about how Kovalev has a soft spot for Montreal and thought it was overblown. But hey, if he really does like it here that much and wants to play here what can we lose for 1 year 1 mil type deal.

I'd like to have him in his spot on the PP. Might light it up with AK and Plecky too.

Some of you people are seriously off your rocker if you want Kovalev back.

We already have Kovy 2.0 with AK46, a player with a ton of talent but so inconsistent that you want to pull out your hair, now you want TWO of those players on the team.

Those are exactly the types of players you do NOT want a hard working kid like Eller exposed too.

I think PG missed the boat by not signing two of Rupp, Kanopka or Stewart, we need more sandpaper on the 4th line and Moen is definatley going down hill.

If it's TB and a top 6 forward it sounds like Malone, unless we are putting a huge package together for Stamkos.

The only way I can see Malone being top 6 here is sticking him with Gionta and Gomez and dropping Pacioretty with Eller and AK. It would give us a lot of depth and size in the top 9.
