Blunden could play 20 minutes in a game and you wouldn't ever know he was there. Serves no purpose on the ice.

He could probably start hitting things if he's not doing that already. Russell wasn't going anywhere but on the 3rd line in the AHL. Fresh start and all that stuff.

If the Sedins didn't possess world class talent, they'd be...

Blunden is another one of those massive skilled guys who has no idea how to use it. He doesn't see the ice well, his decision-making is all over the place, and he's always going to be someone who has enough to tantalize but not enough to stick. If you point him in the direction of the net and say "Go top speed toward that", he'd be good for 20 goals and 50 points. Unfortunately for him, there's more to hockey than that.

May as well just hand us the cup. Not even a point to the season now.

Blunden was one of my favorite players when he played for the erie otters, I always thought he had more talent than his much more highly touted teammate, ryan o'marra. Turns out, neither of them have been able to really put it together.

Diddo, I've been hoping to see Blunden crack a roster and stick. Maybe this is his chance with a team that needed the size.

Brouwer, Bolland, and Byfuglien turned out pretty well.

Blunden, not so much.
Ah, the Killer B's (Also Berti and Bickell were included in there). The funny thing is Blunden was considered the most talented of the Killer B's, and was also the first one to play in the NHL.
