If Butler isn't illegable for rookie status in the NHL how the hell is he a prospect, same with Filitov both should not be there.

Voted Silfverberg, but I think he's part of a close tier of forwards with 2nd line potential. That tier will probably be followed by a group of defensemen who have a high probability of making it to the NHL.
