Does the order flip every round? like if you have the first pick of the draft, you dont pick until last in the second or what?

16th = B

Edit: Making the draft table now. If you know you aren't going to be around please send a shortlist to someone. I still think 3 hours is a perfect time-frame to have for the first three rounds. I'm at a computer/phone sporadically throughout the day, so if anyone ever needs to send a list to someone besides one of the commish's, feel free to send it to me. Please remember to PM the next GM after you pick, and if possible post a list of the next 5 or so GM's in the post with your selection.

Is the time limit 1 hour for the draft? If so, ColonelSanders' time is up.

Did we decide if a skipped GM may make their missed selection as soon as they are back? or are we going to make them wait until the end of whatever round the draft is in before allowing them to choose.

I think the first couple rounds should be 3 hours per pick. And if after 3 hours a GM is skipped, they can make their selection whenever. Making a GM wait until the end of a round will likely cause people to drop out of the draft.
