Does the buyout period extend until the hearing date? So the Hawks would have to get him cleared by Aug 4?

The way I read it, he needs to be cleared by the Hawks doctor on Aug. 7th or 8th. If there is not a dispute from Olesz, he is bought out. If there is a dispute, Olesz' second opinion doctor and the presumed third neutral party doctor's opinion would ultimately decide whether he is bought out or not. Topher or anyone else, please clarify if needed.
