That Forecaster site that was posted a couple days ago has a .pdf download. In it they have depth charts. As for line combinations, due to the relative fluidity of line combinations from day to day, actually from period to period, or in MacT's case from shift to shift, it is nearly impossible to keep track of the line combinations that get used. I had a sight that was updated daily 2 years ago but it's out of date now.
