Fly...

I do believe, and can be wrong, that Callahan can continue to play in Hartford up until a certain time without signing (continuing training camp, in essnce, but in Hartford). I have seen nothing in regards to his signing.

it could be that the rangers are still evaluating those guys for pro contracts, and want to see how they'll do in the wolfpack training camp.

interesting to see Jessiman assigned again so quickly, but hey obviously they know he needs some work...not a bad thing to get him in working on the AHL level

Does this mean Graham will play in Hartford this year?

Too early to say, he can still be sent back to his Junior team from the Hartford camp.

But it is probably unlikely given his strong showing, right? I mean, it is in the Rangers' hands not his..?

I think it would be a waste for him to go back. He has a good pro camp, you want to build on it.

It's really still a numbers game at this point and probably depends on whether players like Moore and Betts stick with the Rangers, as well as how many 1st year professionals Schoenfeld and Co. want on the Hartford roster.

graham, callahan, petruzalek and paiement have not been signed yet and they aren't required to be signed to be sent to pack training camp. but even if they are signed the rangers can still send them back to juniors...

but hopefully since they were sent to hartford instead of juniors this means they will be signed...the fact that they have played well enough to be kept around has to be seen as a good sign.

This was expected, except for Jessiman. The next round of cuts will be interesting.

The Rangers website says goalie Robert Gherson was assigned to Hartford. Did he participate in the camp? He wasn't listed on the roster for the rookie camp.

Where does this leave Dalyn Flatt? He is a tough guy and the Saskatoon Blades have a good amount of toughness on their blueline and on Forward for that matter.(Molleken likes a tough team) If he does stick with the Rangers in Training camp and make the team, it would not be a very big lose but it would definatly hurt the team. I really do not think he is ready for the show and he needs to improve his skills, mainly his skating.

That is a good thing, the Blades will use his toughness and not let the opposing teams forwards get to Anton Khudobin who is an excellent goalie.
