I just downloaded game 7 from the Broons series from last year. Gonna watch it. I haven't watched that game since it was on live and I honestly don't remember much else than the highlights I've seen 100's of times.

FML, Broons just scored 3-0. Leighton looks SO clueless in the net all the time. Kinda sad.

I don't think I have ever heard an NHL arena as loud as the Garden a little after the 3rd Bruins goal coming out of a tv timeout when the whole place was singing along to the Beastie Boys

I don't think I've ever heard one as silent as the Garden when Gags scored the GWG.
Watching this game makes me saaaaaaad, I miss Gags, Richards, Carter, Asham.. Hell, even Carcillo and Krajicek. Oh well.

I've got the CSN feed in 1080i, but I don't have a good way of uploading a 12 GB file.

Caps got Alzner signed, two years with a cap hit of 1.285 - solid deal, I'd say.

0.925m cap hit for Larsson.

I knew I was going to hate the kid the minute NJ drafted him. I wish he was going to be suiting up for us at 0.925m/year.

He gets a signing bonus though so the max signing bonus is 10% i believe so it would be like a little over a million cap hit, but still outstanding for the devils

Edit: apparently the signing bonus is included in that number sorry about that cap hit is 925K

On the bright side though, he can become an UFA when he turns 25 (assuming the next cba doesn't change the rules regarding this).

He wants to play in the NHL, not the AHL and understands that his only chance to do so is to give up on bonuses... but he can become a UFA earlier than he would have had he stayed in Sweden. Doubt he'll lose any money on this situation long term.
