offensive adds probably Vey and one of our 3rd rounders from this year Andreoff, since he is 20 years old. But we also add Deslauriers on the back end for Manchester...

Vey, Czarnik, Dowd, Roe, Deslauriers and Berube are all prospects who are eligible to play minor-pro hockey next season (although Roe and Dowd are collegiate prospects who have yet to sign their ELCs).

I just looked at Andy Andreoff's fight card, dude is 15-1-3? Damn. Those include 3 TKO's. Is he the next Simmonds?

Based on the day of camp i saw, Andreoff has some serious sandpaper to his game. Obviously didn't see him fight anyone, but he has a very definitive intensity about him.

Loktionov won't be in LA, I don't see him staying up here as a healthy scratch or as a 4th line center.

Nick Deslauriers is also AHL eligible, I think they'll find a way to fill that roster up, no problem

I believe Turnbull is also eligible. Did we give up on him? I don't ever remember reading about his progress at any rookie camp.

I just looked him up and he seems like he has some bite to his game. I like this kid already. He looks in shape too, 6'1 and already 205.

I know we are off topic, but who seems like the most legit scorer now that Schenn is gone....Toffoli seems like the favorite....Vey and Kozun as the 2nd and 3rd....

If you're talking pure goal-scorer, then it's Toffoli.

i think we could do some dumpster driving sorta thing at the end of the summer to fill up manchester with some veterns that arent signed. With the faglieness of a few of the players willaims gagne mitchel etc I don't think it would be a bad idea to get some experienced players as extra forwards. that can come up when /if we get injurys

Czarnik is really the only one thatlooks like he might get a shot. Dowd is a longer term project and is better served rounding out his game at St. Cloud. Nothing has been been seen or heard about Roe at prospect camps or anything since the college season ended and then classes ended and still no word. Doubt he even gets a contract offer at this point. Kitsyn is heading back to KHL for two more seasons at the least and Toffoli I don't think is able to play in the AHL next year.

Czarnik should move in and fill Zeiler's role, also Andreoff as mentioned is probably AHL bound on a Monarchs contract. Loki isn't going to be a 4th line center next year or is he going to be a healthy scratch so him, Kozun, and Holloway should be the go to guys in Manchester next year. Behind them there is King, Azevedo, Meckler who can put up decent points. The Monarchs aren't going to have someone put up 100 points in the AHL next year but 6-7 guys with ~15 goals isn't out of the question...

Capgeek posted the following cap hits:

P. Mullen $632,500
A. Campbell $577,500
D. Meckler $577,500

http://capgeek.com/charts.php?Team=17

Still no word on Zatkoff or Clune's numbers. (Not that it actually matters, but still)

There is something seriously wrong with Mullen making that much... That's right around 100k less than Lewis and more than Meckler and Campbell who are both everyday AHL players... Mullen spent most of last two season in the ECHL or as a healthy scratch in Manchester.

You realize they only make that much if they spend the whole year in the NHL? His AHL salary is probably like 30k.
