Pretty cool little video from before the 2010-2011 season Subban looks like an absolute beast, especially if he does 2 a days sometimes. At 1:52 of the clip, you can see just how ripped Subban is. As per his twitter, he's been working out like crazy. He's gonna be a beast this year!

I know ...but not all members of Hfboards were here last year! Besides, I hadn't seen the first one, though I wouldn't be surprised if it had already been posted as well.

I actually think its better, He doesn't live in the fishbowl yet which is good for him, gets him out and refreshed during the summer

already hitting numbers that he wasnt supposed to hit until 2-3 weeks before training camp, wow PK is something else you gotta love the guy and his excellent work ethic and how it transforms and helps him excel on the ice.
