there's nothing wrong with enthusiasm or passion... something TSN will miss from him

Super annoying guy.
That's the guy I'm talking about.

haha i can see why i guess. for some unexplainable reason i just find him funny and entertaining. i guess i disagree with my last post in the sense that i can see why he gets hated on...i just don't hate the guy.

Steve Simmons to me is a guy i just look at and want to injure.

#1 on my list: Glen Healy for sure. He makes HNIC hard to watch some nights

To be honest this is difficult. I don't think most of them are very good. But my top3 worst

McGuire cause he is on air so much!
Lombardius can't stand his approach or voice
Nick Kypreos-just annoying/obnoxious like he was as a player

I have to say Glen Healey and Kypreos. I don't like Kypreos just because of the way he talks, same with Healey. Healey bugs me because he's a career back up goaltender and talks like he was one of the all-time best the way he reticules players.

Don MacLean, Don Cherry and Bill Watters

^^ There's a theme there. They're the old-school, rambling, "back in my day" type of analysts. I hate that. Let go. Move on.

Pierre Maguire and Glen Healey are strange because they are great analysts -- Maguire has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the game, and Healey sometimes has profound insight -- but they are just not great on-air. Pierre's awkward and Healey is a billigerent hater.

I might be minority, but I've never heard of him before. I did a google search and found out he does the Bruins on NESN? Nobody has probably mentioned him because no one has heard much of him. Correct me if i'm wrong though.

I like it, but I would've added Damien Cox. Also Bob McCown and Andrew Crystal.

1. Steve Simmons
2. Bill Watters
3. Howard Berger
4. Glenn Healy
5. Damien Cox

All five are interchangeable, as they all are extremely annoying to listen to.

Can't believe some of you hate McGuire, sure he looks weird but the guy is someone I find interesting he atleast has Hockey IQ, Knows the game and actually says something that's useful. Glenn Healy is useless, the guy doesn't even say a positive about the Leafs he always bashes on them, even when a goal is scored. The guy's a freaking Moron on HNIC and I still demand CBC to cut him, I'd have anyone else except Healy.

Bill Watters drove me crazy but I suppose he doesn't count anymore lol.

Healy is fine when he's not talking about Toronto but when he does he pretty much shoots right to number 1.

Then you have Milbury, Simmons, and definitely Al Strachan as well before he faded off.

Doug MacLean is up there sometimes. But usually he's alright.

Instead of being completely negative, here are some sports personalities that I actually enjoy:

- Gregg Zaun, raw input from a recently retired player, which is refreshing
- James Duthie, handles the hockey desk at TSn quite well
- Pat Tabler, thank God they cut Rance Muliniks, couldn't stand his voice/input)
- Onrait & O'toole (sometimes awkward comedy, but they try)
- Chuck Swirsky!!! Onions, baby, Onions
- Leo Rautins, seems like a cool guy, smart bball coach
- Cabral "Cabbie" Richards... in small doses!
- Jeff Blair... I know he can be an arrogrant *****, but I like listening to his show in the a.m...

I'm sure there's more, but these are the guys that came to mind...

I'm a fan of Stephen Brunt, Bob McCown, Jeff Marek, Gregg Zaun, and Bob MacKenzie. I have to mention the late Jim Kelley also.

Healy, McGuire, Hughson in that order. I'm not a fan of Simmons or Berger, but you can avoid them easily enough, but that's not the case with the others.

The offseason has made most of us forget our mortal enemy, Glen Healey. Soon we shall remember why we want him fired.

Besides that Millen gets annoying because he seems to distract Joe from actually calling the game.
