OT: Need some help with Excel....

can anyone answer a quick question? Ive got a spreadsheet filled with URLs, and i would like to open up a selected amount in new windows/tabs. right now ive got to open up 1 at a time, and, well, when you have like hundreds of links, it takes forever to open em. is there a way to do this automatically? unfortunately the links are in text form, not in hyperlink form, meaning i have to copy and paste em into my browser instead of just clickin a link.....which makes it even more annoying.

This link will help you convert them to hyperlinks...which should help somewhat.

I'll ask at work about your question, i'm assuming you will need the links in hyperlink form anyway...

Record a macro of converting one link to a hyperlink and open that link, then edit the macro to loop thru all of your links?

i use excel for very simplistic things, storing data, adding columns, manipulating statistics for my site....i dont know how to do macros lol. someone game me a how to guide on facebook though. thanks guys, mods, feel free to close this/delete this.
