HDNet schedule for October and November

All Times Are ET

October 2005
Wednesday 5-Oct / Coyotes @ Canucks / 10:00PM
Thursday 6-Oct / Red Wings @ Blues / 8:00PM
Saturday 8-Oct / Bruins @ Penguins / 7:30PM
Thursday 13-Oct / Predators @ Coyotes / 10:00PM
Saturday 15-Oct / Lightning @ Penguins / 7:30PM
Thursday 20-Oct / Rangers @ Islanders / 7:00PM
Saturday 22-Oct / Hurricanes @ Capitals / 7:00PM
Thursday 27-Oct / Blackhawks @ Red Wings / 7:30PM
Saturday 29-Oct / Hurricanes @ Penguins / 7:30PM

November 2005
Thursday 3-Nov / Capitals @ Flyers / 7:00PM
Saturday 5-Nov / Stars @ Avalanche / 9:00PM
Thursday 10-Nov / Flames @ Coyotes / 9:00PM
Saturday 12-Nov / Capitals @ Devils / 1:00PM
Thursday 17-Nov / Canucks @ Kings / 10:30PM
Saturday 19-Nov / Avalanche @ Kings / 10:30PM
Thursday 24-Nov / Kings @ Predators / 8:00PM
Saturday 26-Nov / Canucks @ Coyotes / 10:00PM

The Kings play 3 times in November back-to-back. Realize that these will probably be blacked out in LA and the opponent's city.

Still, for those of you with HDNet that follow the Kings from other cities, you've got some nice matchups coming your way.

Also, this helps me not want Center Ice, which I am not renewing.

I have Adelphia HD. I'm also getting the (Center Ice) package. Will these games be shown on those channels?

No. Do you have HDNet? (It's a channel.)

Does it have to be carried by my local provider (Brea)? (Adelphia)

I had Dish Network before, and every time I call Adelphia they're beyond clueless? Do I subscribe through the internet?

I searched on AdelphiaSoCal.com. You don't get it on Adelphia. You also need to subscribe to Digital Plus to get Outdoor Life Network and see more hockey.

DirecTV with HD includes both OLN and HDNet for around $51 a month (additional receivers are $5 a month). Dish Network has OLN on an additional tier, making it about $63 a month for OLN and HDNet.

Thanks for the heads up..........I called Adelphia and they were lame just like I said. I also wrote them an e-mail, to see if they would ever add that channel.

Appreciate the info.

They're both on HDNet at different times.

The Kings are allowed to waive it if they want to, but FSN also broadcasts most games in HD (except that nobody can actually watch it), so why would they?

But for games that the Kings are NOT covering, there is a reasonable degree of likelihood that they might not black it out.

I have sent the list of our 5 remaining untelevised games to the HDNet rep in charge of NHL programming.
