Interesting how Philly has dropped so much. I don't think so. I think they have a shot at #1 nevermind #5 or 6.
Realistically speaking I think we're similar to Boston out of the bunch on that list so far. Pittsburgh is another team...a lot hinders on the health of Crosby and Malkin. On paper I think the rest of the teams listed edge us. Including Philly.
Their D is much stronger now with Ehrhoff and Rehger. They upgraded up front too. They have young players improving as well. Miller and Enroth in nets. I think it's a toss up between the Sabres and the Rangers, but I think Buffalo is slightly better right now, and more proven to boot.

no idea why there are 3 votes for the flyers. they gave up their TWO best two-way forwards and added nothing to an aging backend. I get that they signed Bryz but i dont see him as the difference maker that everyone is making him out to be. He is a solid starting goalie but nowhere near elite. I just dont see it. I think theyll be a bottom of the barrel playoff team.

Offensively TBL is way better than us in my opinion. Defense and goal go to us. In the end, I def think TBL winds up higher in the standings. I don't see them playing many 1 goal games.
