Buffalo. This team's on the rise. I can see them being anywhere from 3-6

So far I'm 6/6 on what most people here think.

Sabres > Flyers > Devils.
The Debbies are not going to be as bad as most of us hope, unfortunately - even with an aging, average-looking Brodeur - they will do some damage and I fully anticipate them being in the top 8 of the East.

It might actually be the Debbies.... but I'll go with Buffalo. They made some good moves this offseason and played very well in the playoffs against the fly guys.

went with the sabres..
Flyers lost their two best forwards and added a solid goalie option, they drop in the standings

Despite losing their 2 best forwards they still have more 50 point players on their team than us. lol

I find nothing about them now appealing. Their two best forwards are gone making them less lethal on offense and the PP. Their defense is the same but another year older, and their goalie is overrated.
As for the pts, i guess well see how that goes since we have Richards and Gaborik.. Then all the players who are very close to it in Dubinsky, Callahan, Anisimov, Stepan, and Wolski. Thats 6-7 forwards on our team that have the ability to get 50pts this season. And we have one of the best goalies in the world.

Flyers for sure
I don't find Bryz overrated at all. It's not as if he played for a stout defense or hid behind a system. He's ready for the spotlight

I'd also say Winnipeg Jets are next, then Sabres. Jets had a good young squad already, better management now, a few solid acquisitions, locked up the assets they had to for the most aprt
