Newsflash: Explotion blows out windows from government buildings and the VG newspaper HQ in Oslo, Norway.

Fire blazing, injuries. Witnesses say: "it looks like a warzone"
Prime minister's office hardest hit says tv2.no. It is also confirmed it was a bomb according to tv2 news

- Several deaths reported according to TV2 news
