Telegin. I think he has a higher ceiling and will be more of an impact player than Cormier.

Oh, I didnt realize we were counting Gregoire as a prospect. I think he's got a ton of upside. So I'm gonna change my vote to him...

Cormier for me as well. And yes, I'd add Yuen as well.

No question it's Gregoire. When you watch him play - you'll see why he makes the club. Expect him on the third line!! He's more than a prospect. Cormier has good upside but he's lacked the scoring touch that got him drafted.

I voted Gregoire. I see him possibly making the team this year and contributing in a 3rd line role. I think he has higher offensive upside than Cormier.

Julian Melchiori needs to be added to this poll at some point, he had a good season in Kitchener playing on their top pairing with Ryan Murphy. He was relied upon to play more of a defensive game due to Murphy's rushes, but has good offensive upside to his game.

Jason Gregoire.

Same reasons as in the last thread, while Gregoire and Cormier may be destined 3rd line forwards, Gregoire in my opinion holds much higher offensive upside, while still being a solid and dependable forward defensively. A good two-way forward.

Cormier has missed the last season and a half (off and on). I think he's fallen quite a bit. I'll vote Telegin.

You have to add Julian Melchiori. He may be the best D prospect.

Eeesh, I really like Gregoire too but I really, really hope he's not our third best prospect. I know we're shallow but are we this shallow? If Gregoire continues to develop he could turn into a Chad Larose type quality third line all around player. That's awesome, and admittedly not much unlike Cormier. But we're in for some rought years if we're this shallow.

Agree, but right now as this organization has come from Atlanta into our hands, their prospects cupboard is... that shallow.

I kind of see Gregoire with the potential to be a Matt Cullen type forward for us. Solid two-way forward who is great on the 3rd line, can fill in and chip in on the 2nd line, but isn't quite as consistent as you'd like him to be in that top 6 role. A good solid two-way player who can contribute approx. 15-18 goals, 40-45 points consistently.

That's where my hopes and views are right now with Gregoire.

IMO, the Thrashers were the worst team at developing prospects. Their system was terrible, and in return, had most good/top picks start in the NHL right away, which arguably, can kill a career early. Before Scheifele (who I know nothing about), the top prospects were Cormier and Klingberg. Based on reports, they top out at 3rd/4th line guys. Not good.

Cormier for me. I think he and Gregoire will make similar impacts, but I gotta go with the center here.

Gregoire. I just he has more offensive upside than Cormier, who I believe won't be much more then an energy player with little scoring touch. Third liner at best. Gregoire I think has the ceiling to fill in for second-line work when needed to, and pull it off as a band-aid for the Jets.

Add Melchiori.
