No brainer here, Davidson is the cream of the crop of this group. Martindale needs a heart transplant to be any worth. Davidson is a diamond in the rough and is a long term project, but watch out for this kid. Blain and Perhonen would be second and third.
I'll say Martindale just because he could be something special if it all comes together.
He did have good linemates, but when he decided he wanted to play he would be unstoppable.

In 09-10 i saw him try and get a tee up but when he got it he didn't get his shot off, not feeling confident and did something stupid with the puck instead. He shot more in 10-11, and got a number of nice shots on net on the PP when he was healthy though.
Captain of the American WJT, two time world junior player.
Great skater, playmaker, good shot.
Terrible development with the Oilers, is on the team, not him.
I dare you to suggest anyone that should have went before him that didnt.
Are you sure that they're not questioning why he's so low on the chart? 12th is a long way down for a guy who's already getting icetime. I bet that he ends up with more nhl gp by the end of this season than at least 3 guys ahead of him on that list play in their career.

He was countering some of the guys who said why Chorney was so high up.
Really? He's more of a tweener between the ECHL and AHL to me.
There's a growing sentiment that he's likely going to be an NHLer not a tweener. He was very good for the 2nd half last year once he got used to the AHL game.

Adding on his defensive awareness is rather good. Compared to Vande Velde who had a +/- of -17, Kytar was a +5. As well as increased offensive contribution. He was just below ppg in the WHL as well which isn't too shabby for a 5th rnd pick. He might become a good 3rd/4th line center one day.
