Mighty Mo ready leaning towards retirement

I am in the middle of listening to the interview and he is most definitely leaning towards retirement, here's the link from DefendingBigD.com and you can find the link to the interview on the link

Glad he won't pull a Favre, going to miss Modano even though it wasn't the end the Stars fans were looking for.

that picture never get's old lol

Well, it's about time. I can't imagine any team showed interest. Great career though.

Tough to see such a talented guy go out because nobody wants him. Should've hung em up already

With Modano would go the last NHLer to have played a game in the 80's

Gonna be a sad day when he finally hangs 'em up, but I said on the Stars board that I'd hate to see him jump from team to team on single-year deals, struggling to remain in the picture.

Better to just ride off into the sunset; he's proven more than enough over the course of his long career.

If you're telekinetic and you know it, clap my hands!

If he wants to keep playing, all power to him.

While he should have retired last year, it is very sad to see him go.

Would have been special if this was done last year, don't really care now.

He's still the best Star/NS to play the game.

Great career for Modano. One of the best US born players of all time.

Great career. I wish he had gone out as a Dallas Star though. He really looked out of place in Detroit.
