Check out photo 10; Lavi is clearly drinking wine. Perhaps the team is allowed one glass of wine a night?

only in Philadelphia are hockey players not only allowed to drink and are critisized when they do. Wonder what people would think if this board was around in the 70s. I would imagine the Philly media would have driven out many players with their stupid *********.

In that same series, Lappy seems intensely focused on those hors d'oeuvres (had to look that spelling up, lol).

That team won two ****in stanley cups and competed on a regular basis. If our team wasn't so god damn inconsistent maybe the media and the fans wouldn't care. Richards and Carter can get smashed all the ****in time if they're going to put in the same effort day in and day out which includes the playoffs. These Flyers don't hold a candle to the 70's Flyers.

the fact that all you people argue with each other about something where you have no idea what happened behind the doors is comical

You said in your above post that " if only you knew". And that we have no idea what happened behind the doors. Do you know what happened behind closed doors? If so, tell us and provide the evidence.

I've never seen such a Golden Age of knowledge involving the Flyers as I have this past month... All this inside information is amazing... or at least the suggestion of it.

Maybe it's just as easy as that the Flyers have suddenly allowed their management to come here and play with us.

I don't think any other team has so many fans that have such intimate knowledge of everything that happens behind closed doors.

You know, it's like any other job, when your co-workers are showing up hungover and stinking like stale alcohol you kinda get pissed off at them, especially if they're not pulling their weight.

Why are people so shocked and upset by this? If Richards/Carter/whomever was a problem in the dressing room/on the ice because of their drinking (or anything else), why not trade them? I doubt that Lavi was just like OMG they are going to the bars get rid of them. If this actually played a role in them being traded, it was more than just the fact that they were drinking, which is completely fine by me. If they are doing something that could hurt the team, get rid of them.

Well, is anyone going to tell us what really happened? If only Kyle was around.
