By limiting him to one game in the playoffs.

The other pieces that should have a larger share of the blame for the SCF loss (the Sedins, Kesler, Burrows) won't be traded as easily as Rome would be.

It would take a gross overpayment to trade away our #1 defenseman.

I don't think anyone see's it that way, not in Vancouver atleast. They were losing with or without Rome. As soon As Hamhuis went down they were ****ed.

Before he leveled Horton, the Bruins were sleep-walking through the series and the Canucks were in the driver seat. Once he woke the giant, the Bruins were a completely different team and stole the momentum.

He probably wasn't the ONLY reason the Canucks lost, but I'd say he was a big part of it.

LOL that is such BS I can't believe anyone actually believes it. Teams do not need wakeup calls in the Stanley cup finals.

Yours apparently did

In all seriousness though, I'd say a 4th. He might fetch a 3rd from a contender looking for a depth defenceman at the deadline though.

Someone please take him. It's free. I don't want to see Rome playing 20 min next year over Ballard because of AV's mancrush for him.
