Can the Flyers put Jody Shelley on waviers and the Phillies claim him, I would like to see Jody running out on the field, Kong Fu Panda wouldn't be jumping Carlos Ruiz like a punk.

Kind of funny that the "World Champions" conduct themselves in this manner. What an embarrassment to baseball. In just a few short months no less.

How stupid is Beltran complaining about Rollins stealing 2nd in the 6th inning?!!? I guess he knows that offense couldn't come back and they were conceding the game. But he needs to get a clue.

Back in 2009 when the Phillies were struggling or not playing up to their potential Charlie made sure that all of the World Series Champions patches were gone from the jerseys. Always liked that move. Time for the Giants to take note.

I noticed they still had them on. Teams usually take them off after the all-star break don't they?

Well that's where the catcher should get the book. He wanted a fight and then lunged at Polanco's legs, proving that he isn't a real man anyways.

He went straight for Polanco's groin.

don't understand why he would try to suck him off in the middle of a brawl.

They didn't take off the patch until like the last week of the season.

Better than running away, which is I wager what you would have done.

Ever watch MMA, they never go for the legs.

I also remember it being removed earlier... Right after AS break sounds about right to me. I remember them saying that it was to be kept only half the season before they did eliminate it... said that was the norm.

They took them off in the beginning of August. August 6th to be exact. Hardly the last week of the season.

Yeah, now it's going to be great when we have one of our best players suspended and they lose two scrubs.

Well, I'm no fighter. So, I wouldn't be calling for pitches with the intention of plunking guys for BS reasons. And then hop up and down like an idiot like I'm ready to fight the whole team.

This isn't MMA either, this is baseball. That really has no relevance.

The relevant tie is the fight.

Yeah, but this is baseball. There isn't a cage or a mat out there. They don't start lunging at guys' knees before/during a fight in hockey. The guy was being a punk.

Fighting is allowed in hockey... With rules.

I grew up wrestling, you are damned right I'm taking you to the ground in a fight.

In short, questioning his manhood for going for a takedown is dumb.

I admit that's hyperbole on my part, but Whiteside still comes off like a stooge.

Lol @ the Whiteside animation.

When I saw it, I thought this and had to do it.
