What's more likely, Habs get 100pts, or miss playoffs?

I don't see them easily getting 100 points.

So more likely to miss playoffs.

This.

A cluster**** that the Habs have been part of for the past 2 years, no less. As a team that hasn't notably changed (in a conference that I'd argue has notably improved), I wouldn't be surprised if they missed the post-season.

100 points, methinks.

I'd say 94, 96 myself. That's hordes in the East.

Miss the playoffs.

Boston and Buffalo are better teams than the Habs.

However, I still think the Habs will make the playoffs, except at a lower seed (6th or 7th) and around the low to mid 90's in points.

Miss the playoffs. The East is going to be strong and tight next year, it's going to be hard for any team to get 100 points. I think we'll finish 5th, 6th or 7th.

They have four solid lines and a very solid top 4 defencemen, not to mention Price. I'd bet they get to 100pts before they fall out of a playoff spot.

But hey, what do I know?

probably 50/50

Montréal should be in the range of 92-102 points.

Miss Playoffs

They are a bubble team, unless Price wins Vezina.

Of those two options, I'd say missing has a higher P of happening than 100 points.

I'm with the OP, I never understood their success, then I realized it was Price.

Greater chance of missing.

Well, I think they'll make the playoffs too, but that's not the question.
while the most likely scenario IMO is they finish in the mid 90's, and make the playoffs,i think it's more likely they miss, than get to 100.

Even though no one takes my opinion seriously. I'll still state it.

Miss the Playoffs.

Could the Habs get 100...sure, it wouldn't be impossible at all but with how many good teams are in the East I just can't see it

Habs fan saying no playoffs. 100 points is a lot, and there are many good teams in the east this year. Washington, Philly, Pittsburgh, Rangers, Buffalo, Boston, Tampa Bay... That's already 8 teams that could make the playoffs easily. I think, though, that we'll end up with 90-95 points ; Enough to make the playoff, but 100 points is unlikely, unless Cammalleri goes back to his PPG form, Gomez has a bounce back season and Kostitsyn proves why he was taken so high in the 2003 draft. Oh, and that Price plays another season like this and that we don't have too much injuries.

Miss the playoffs AINEC. I'm not saying that they will miss the playoffs, but it's way more likely than them getting 100 points.

Obviously no playoffs. Division's too stacked, East isn't as hilarious as it used to be.

Yea I mean they only needed 2 more wins last year with a depleted D to get 100pts. But hey...INEC.

Buffalo, Toronto and Boston are in that same division so it'll be really tough, I say montreal lands 9th, Buffalo wins conference and Boston is like 4 and Toronto is 6th
