There is a giant cluster**** from 6-11 that really could go either way.
A cluster**** that the Habs have been part of for the past 2 years, no less. As a team that hasn't notably changed (in a conference that I'd argue has notably improved), I wouldn't be surprised if they missed the post-season.

They have four solid lines and a very solid top 4 defencemen, not to mention Price. I'd bet they get to 100pts before they fall out of a playoff spot.
Leafs fan here. Hard decision, but I can't see montreal not making the playoffs. 100.
Well, I think they'll make the playoffs too, but that's not the question.
while the most likely scenario IMO is they finish in the mid 90's, and make the playoffs,i think it's more likely they miss, than get to 100.
Habs fan saying no playoffs. 100 points is a lot, and there are many good teams in the east this year. Washington, Philly, Pittsburgh, Rangers, Buffalo, Boston, Tampa Bay... That's already 8 teams that could make the playoffs easily. I think, though, that we'll end up with 90-95 points ; Enough to make the playoff, but 100 points is unlikely, unless Cammalleri goes back to his PPG form, Gomez has a bounce back season and Kostitsyn proves why he was taken so high in the 2003 draft. Oh, and that Price plays another season like this and that we don't have too much injuries.
