i like watching it. that's literally my whole Saturday during the season. i guess i'm partial to Auburn because of my father...but i don't really have a favorite team. i prefer watching the SEC, though. he became a fan in 1972 after the Punt Bama Punt game. can't really blame him for it lol

Their defense can't possibly get any worse. With Hoke replacing RichRod and Woolfork coming back I'm pretty optimistic. Losing Stonum for the year hurts though.

same, there's literally nothing better to do on a saturday then either a) tailgate all day for a home game or b) chill and watch college football from noon until your hangover has passed just in time for the next night

Go Sooners!

Random team from the midwest. I know.

Step dad got me into them back in 2000-01 the year they won the Championship. I was at the game. Also at the NCG in 04-05 vs USC, and 08-09 NCG against UF

WVU should be insanely fun to watch this year. So stoked to be out here for them.

Only problem is there's no major college team in the NYC/LI area so most of us root for random teams in the midwest or south.

I used to be a sooner fan as a kid as i liked watching the wishbone and the games with nebraska were epic. A shame today's college football doesn't respect the old rivalries. It's what made the sport special. Now it's a poor man's NFL.

Rutgers should be much improved from last year (not really all that hard to do.) Finally bringing in a more traditional OC, getting rid of that stupid wildcat crap. I’m not entirely sold on Dodd yet but I think he has the potential to be very solid if the OL can hold up.

West Virginia should be a ton of fun to watch with Geno Smith poised to have a huge year in Halgorsen’s high scoring offense. If their defense can be anywhere close to how dominant it was last year they could be a borderline National Championship contender in a weak Big East if they can run the table.

Florida State has got all the talent this year to be a National Title contender out of the ACC, but with their schedule will probably get picked off somewhere. It would behoove them to take revenge on OU in week two and really show the country they’re championship worthy by stomping the Sooners at Doak Campbell.

Texas A&M is a definite sleeper pick to possibly win a championship this year. Tannehill was absolute money last season after taking over at quarterback. The kid was impressive as hell. They have basically everyone coming back this year, play makers everywhere, one of the best home fields in college football (and they get most of their big games at home this season). I think they have a chance of going to Norman later in the season with a chance to not only put their stamp on a potential Big 12 championship but possibly more.

Boise State-Georgia should be a great week 1 game, along with Oregon-LSU. Two can’t miss games to get the season going.

Michigan will be very interesting to watch this season. Regardless of whether or not they’ve got any significant talent upgrade yet, the mindset of the program, especially the defensive side of the ball, is something that needs to be obvious to those watching. I think Hoke has done everything right since taking over, and I believe he is the right man for the job. But if that defense lays down and dies like it did week after week for the past few season, it’s not going to be pretty. Michigan has what it takes to win another 7 games this year and win a bowl game. They have 5 straight home games to start the season, and I think only 4 total road games. Two of those potentially are winnable at Northwestern I believe and at MSU. Neither will be easy ,but I’d expect them to have a chance in each. If they can get to the end of the season around 7-3 or so, they have a chance to really impress and play with house money the last two weeks of the year. Hosting Nebraska and Ohio State the last two weeks of the year won’t be easy, but at that point they could possibly be in position to go big or go home.

Should be another great year as always.

Lets go Buffalo!!!!

Yeah, that's right. I root for the University at fricken' Buffalo! What of it!?!

James Starks was a pleasure to watch for 3 years.

And Naaman Roosevelt (Bills practice squad last year) will be a solid NFL receiver in the near future. That kid has serious hands.

Jeez. Not sure how anyone could watch Buffalo at any point other than the Turner Gill era.

MAC football...funnnnnnnnnn. At least it's usually pretty easy to win money on.

I went to Buffalo. When I was there I met Turner Gill. Absolutely awesome man.

I am pretty sure I can stand to like a middling NCAA football team, I like the Yankees, Giants, Knicks and Rangers. Enough with the big market teams.

No Fighting Irish fans here? Not often in the minority as a ND fan.

Well that's fair that you went there. I thought you just liked them for no good reason.

And there's definitely no good reason other than having gone there, ha.

Proud to say I was a freshman when Buffalo won the MAC ... it's disgusting the turn our program took after that season
