This is my schedule Thursday.

Up at 5am Phoenix time.
Airport by 5:45.
Flight leaves at 7.
Land in Philly at 2:30 EST.
Go to the Linc from the airport.
Tailgate.
Iggles football, this will be my first game since a Philly-Baltimore preseason game in...1999 maybe?

I know I'll only get a series or two with the first team, but this will be my first time at the Linc, so I'm very excited. Any food recommendations?
Pre-season games suck. The arses in the seats belong to people who got free tickets or suckers who bought STH seats at extortion-level prices from StubHub or Ebay. Expect alot of kids and their parents as well as dumb****s who have no clue as to what's going on down on the field. Add the sun, the summer heat, the stench of sweaty people and beer....TV is the best seat in the house.

I would take a Pre-seaon game over no game. So why do you destroy his expactions?

I have been to many pre-season and regular season Eagles games.

They are like night and day. Pre-season doesnt even come close to the intensity of a regular season game. The pre-season is fun for a casual outing, but dont judge the "NFL experience" on it.

Pre-season is full of kids and families. Regular season is hardcore.

Have fun!

He's on the sideline in plain clothes. Guessing Reid is not happy with the holdout?

Well considering it looks like Vick only played one possession, DeSean probably wasn't going to play that much anyway.

He hasn't practiced in helmet/pads yet. He wasn't expected to play.

Nnamdi seems to be... a bit Hamels-ish when interviewed.

Can we just like get rid of kickoffs altogether and have them start at the 20 now? It's such a waste with the new rule.

His voice is not one you would expect from a football player.

Sure seems to know how to do an interview. Deion Lewis sure can hit a hole (against 2nd string players)

If you don't want to sound like a flamer, say he's well spoken and he takes care of himself.

Anybody see Mathews at all? Tuned in a little late a didn't get to see how he looked. Honestly I would have like him to get a few more plays under his belt since it seems he'll be starting but there is still 3 more preseason games I guess.
