Someone needs to take charge of this. I unfortunately can't, as I work and cannot answer phone calls during the day. We have until 5pm tomorrow to submit the form, so let's confirm everyone and submit the list of games ThaDevilGirl suggested (the more games you list, the better chance you have at getting tickets).

I suggest we settle on a number of tickets to buy (e.g. 40 tickets). Also, I think it would preferable to limit ourselves to HF members for the time being since we're not a ticket re-seller otherwise it gets too complicated. I'm afraid we're too "last minute" to organize ourselves though...

That's the impression I am getting as well. Great idea, but way too "last minute". Some may be joining in without thinking if they'll have the cash flow to buy a ticket, when the time comes. Maybe next year...

My birthday as well!

...

I'm going to apply and limit it for 25 tickets. HF'ers only for now...

That shouldn't be too bad, but I'll absolutely need the money paypal'd to me (or sent via direct deposit by email, I guess...).

Anyone have any objections to that? I'll fill out the form by tomorrow morning if it's cool with everyone.

Jets will be the top priority game if that's okay

Edit: sorry but to be safe here, I'm going to exclude people who haven't been here too long or who never post. it's nothing personal, but who knows how long you'll be around or anything like that.

Sounds good, Mike.

I'm still in, for one ticket. What seats are you applying for?

Your group ticket request has been submitted. Please note that this form does not guarantee the purchase or reservation of tickets.

A random draw will take place in order to determine the order of purchase. Starting of August 16, Canadiens representatives will contact the individuals whose forms have been selected. We will inform individuals whose forms have not been selected by email the week of September 5.

Until then, please wait for our representative’s call for news on your ticket request.

Thank you and enjoy the rest of the summer!

When you receive the confirmation, please contact privately the people you wish to take along on this ride with the information for the paypal payment.

Try to regularly post the list of the people who paid up. We will have the time to find replacement for those who don't pay quickly ennough

Thanks for the help, I'll buy you a beer at the Centre!

How about we all go out pre or post game and you can buy me a beer that isn't $18?

Great, so now we have to reserve 20+ spots at the Cage too?

I'm in for pre-game fun. Definitely buying you a beer, Mike.

You should bring signs with letters that'll spell "HF BOARDS".

I'd really like to come. How does this work? Is it more then one game? How do we pay because I need two tickets side by side.

Starting cost is about $4,000, depending on which one you get. Usually my group has 10 people, but I believe you can have 12 in a luxury suite.

I can live with that. 400$ a person doesn't seem too shabby at all. Would need to save up a bit though

Have simply never had the "box" experience before.

It's a crappy sports restaurant/bar chain. Never go there if you want to eat or even drink...

Cage is just plain terrible. I'd rather cross the street to the equally overrated Baton Rouge which is still a lot better at least and pay similar price for quality.

Only place I'd prefer Cage to is Scores, and the two in the West Island are beyond bad. They actually told my girlfriend she couldn't take her food to go. She went out to dinner with her parents wasn't that hungry so wanted to take the rest home. They refused and said they don't allow that.

I paid you **** suckers $ for a meal, if I want to take it home **** you I'll take it home I already paid for it. Do they honestly think doing this will make them more money or that it will get them returning customers???

Never seen a business run more stupidly than a Scores restaurant. Then last time I went there (different one mind you) the waitress was beyond bad and the food beyond ******. I don't get how places like this stay in business to be honest. It's bordering on Buffet Vichy bad.

If I wanted buffet food I'd go to a ****ing buffet not a sit down restaurant. Half the food at Cage is probably microwaved. Also I've known two people who worked at the west island one and both told me the place was beyond dirty in the back. We're talking not up to code.

This. My girlfriend idolizes this place because her family went there a lot as a kid. Cage... if I wanted to pay 20$ for a 5$ dollar microwave dinner and be left less satisfied I'll go there.

I filled out the request for Feb 19th (Devils) and/or Feb 21st (Dallas). I'm turning 40 and have never been to Montreal so it's going to be a gong show. Regardless, if I get picked I'll post it in this thread and you can PM me if you're interested. I'll only need 4 or 5 for myself.
