Hockey Night in Canada Play On! Oshawa

Hey Guys & Girls,

Just wondering if anyone is planning on entering the Hockey Night in Canada Play On! Street Hockey Tournament that’s being held at GM Place in Oshawa on June 25th and 26th?

I’ve seen a lot of videos and commercials, it looks like a lot of fun and some good competition with divisions for all ages and skill levels. I’ve been to the website and just wondering if anyone has and reviews or stories from past experience in the event?

I've put teams into 6 of these over the past few years, at either adult street street or elite level.

They always make for a great weekend with friends. The tournament itself is really well organized. Gameplay varies a bit depending on the quality of the street and rink size; most rinks in Oshawa are pretty good and average three lanes wide and I think 100 feet long. They only use the best balls (important), which don't stick or bounce much.

Oshawa registration closes wednesday!
