I still hate Claude Lemieux more than I could possibly hate another player...

I'm a little surprised no one has gone with the obvious scapegoat...

Terhaar.

Funnel all your anger towards him and maybe, just maybe, we can get to hear a real PBP guy in the near future. If this team suddenly becomes good-elite in future years, I can not fathom how bad he would be. Perhaps by then he could properly identify the correct players if the team had some notable ones by that time, though...

I would love it if Bob Kurtz and Tom Reid could somehow do a simulcast of both radio and television broadcasts. It will never happen though.

Let's admit he was funny and looked professional there:

That was probably the highlight of his career.

Zidlicky is already there for me. He's so poor in his own end he'll get tons of attention. He's also weak defensively, so unless Yeo is really good at hiding him at Even Strength against other team's scoring lines, he'll have another big minus year.

Enough Wild fans will finally realize he isn't a puck carrying Offensive Dman, he's a PP specialist, and is very poor defensively that he'll soon be that guy.

Heater will have to fail hard AND be out performed by Havlat in order to be the goat, i think. If Havlat is beating him then he's easily the goat...

How Terhaar, Greenlay, and Gorg still have jobs amazes me. I understand they are positions where you want stability and tradition, but do you really want to think of them when you think about the Wild? They are absolutely terrible and make me want to watch games on mute. The intermission discussions are brutal.

I'm watching a Detroit feed on NHL Vault and their color guy is so bad. There aren't words as to how bad he is. He alone makes the Wild's coverage seem like it's a gift directly from god. It's just atrocious.

Needless to say, I decided to mute the game because my only other options were to turn it off or stab needles through my ear drums.

Detroits coverage on FS Detroit is so high up on the homer scale it makes our idiots sound unbiased. Granted, those *******s actually have reason to be such homers, but I still cant friggin stand watching a FS Detroit Feed.

I was surprised during the playoffs when their PbP guy did a game and actually did a decent job of it. But his voice still kinda grates on me.

Has anyone mentioned Tyler Cuma yet? He'd be the front-runner if we are looking at high draft pick busts.

Have to make the big club to be a scapegoat.

Besides... Cuma's bust potential right now is mostly based on injury not lack of performance. When he has played, he's played well... he just can't stay playing.

From an outsider's opinion I agree with this and will blame him for all of your losses and the sharks losses.

I can see our D-veterans Schultz, Zidlicky and Zannon getting amnesty because of our weakened defense corps - they're here to teach our up-and-comers. Obviously Lundin won't be to blame for whatever happens next year, as long as he's not a glaring liability.

We'll need to count on our two-way forwards for their defensive skills; i.e. Brodziak, Bouchard, and unfortunately Cullen. Brodziak and Bouchard should be okay, but I feel Cullen will have numerous turnovers and defensive slip-ups. This could make him our #1 scapegoat for 2011-2012.

Koivu would also fall into the two-way forward category, but I figure he'll surge offensively while remaining solid defensively. Plus, he's captain perfect.

Other players need only fill their predetermined rolls: Powe, Clutterbuck and Nystrom create energy. Heatley, Setoguchi, and Letandresse score goals. Staubitz does what Staubitz does. Backstrom and Harding remain healthy; knock on wood!
