Does NHL Network show ALL Habs games? If not how many do they show? Looking to order it because I don't get RDS. Just CBC TSN + TSN2 Which doesn't show a lot of hockey in my area ....

NHL network doesn't really show many games per year and not the Habs that's for sure. You got to find a way to get RDS and solve your problem, you will get every single game

NHL Network shows almost no Canadiens games...depending where you are you might want to look into Centre Ice (but not if you're close to Montreal because the games will be blacked out, defeating the purpose).

There's also TSN's Habs regional feed, but you need to have Bell and be in the Atlantic/Eastern Canada and Quebec area to get it:

Yeah, CBC has regional Habs broadcasts too. Unfortunately I am not in the regions required.... But I'll look into RDS. Was trying to find a way around commentary I couldn't understand but it will have to do..lol. I can cope.

You will end up understanding and learning french, can't be a bad thing to pick up an extra language + Benoit Brunet is gone so it will be easier for you to follow!!

OT - Best way to get to racetrack to see the Nationwide race on Saturday

Please excuse the off topic thread!

I'm taking my son to the race on Saturday and I hear the best way is to take the metro to island. I'll be driving into Montreal so where would the best place to park the car and grab the metro?

Will it be crowded on the Friday for qualifying?

Thanks in advance!

If you're coming from the South Shore you should leave your car at Terminus Longueuil. If not you could park your car in any interior parkings near the Bell Centre area. On weekends they usually charge 6-8$ for the day unless there's an event. Then take the metro to Berri-UQAM and change lines.

Habs available in fantasy league

Hey guys,

I am in a 24 team fantasy league, that uses salary cap, the Amateur draft, Free Agency, waivers, etc...

We just started the league and are looking GMs...

We have the Habs open along with 12 other NHL teams.

You inherit the rosters of the actual NHL team and prospects as of today 8/18.

Post in the GM list asking for the team

Heres a link to sign up:

Hey, any of you guys know of a good guitar instructor? I'm 22, been playing for a few years, but have never taken classes. I mostly play the acoustic (folk music and such).

Thanks in advance.

Don't really know where else to ask this so I'll put it here, is anyone else getting these ads for some kind of gum that makes like a thunder noise then a water noise whenever they open a page on hf? It's REALLY annoying.

It's truly horrible. But I guess they have to pay the bills...

Try Google Chrome or Firefox. If you're already using them, try Ad Block.

Moffat seemed more interested in incorporating ads into the broadcast than calling the game. I remember listening to a game once and he said something like "that shot was as spicy as a meatball pizza from (name of a sponsor)."

I haven't listened to CJAD for games since.

Sure, you can apply at Costco get paid 15$/hr and do the courses

Then you can turn around and apply for a job using the experience you had.
