I voted Aliu again.

I think he's a prime example of how the Chicago Wolves didn't do a great job of developing the Thrashers' prospects.

In 48 games with the Wolves last year, he only scored 9 points. After a brief stint in the ECHL, he put up another 9 points with the Peoria Rivermen but in only 16 games.

In a full season with St. John's, I think he'll put up 40-50 points.

Defenseman Ben Chiarot , Thashers 4th round pick at the 2009 draft (120 over all). Played in Saginaw and Sudbury of the OHL last season, but should be with the IceCaps this winter.

Was considering Riley Holzapfel, but not impressed with his numbers in Chicago (AHL that is).

If Holzapfel ever makes it to the NHL, he won't be anything more than a bottom six forward. For whatever reason, his offense hasn't really translated to the AHL.

I'm still rooting for him though. I have a soft spot for anyone who represented Canada in the WJC.
