(Unofficial) Your Favorite Eat/Drink - Before/After Game Thread

Just think about how much you like to drink. Go ahead, close your eyes if you'd like. That's nice, huh? Well, multiply that by 10 and thats how much I like to eat!

What dont some of you veterans share your favorite places to eat, drink, and curse Sather in and around MSG?

Whatever I can get my hands on

Honestly, if I'm going to a game, I go to the Red Lobster/Pizza Hut/McDonalds right next to the garden, if I'm watchin on TV, it really is whatver I can get my hands on

When I had seasons and travelled from NJ we would stop for a slice and a beer at Don Pepi's in Penn Sta...now that I am coming from Midtown I found that it's an easy stagger to the game down 32nd from the Blarney Stone...I also found a place in Penn Sta. that sells Bud\Bud Light drafts for extremely cheap...like $1-something for a 12oz. and $2.45 for 32 ozs

Here in Philadelphia, whatever beer / wings I purchased well ahead of the game, to be eaten behind closed doors and thickly drawn shades as I cheer on the Rangers..

When I had season tickets...

and lived 5 blocks from the Garden...pre game was always in my apartment. Maybe get some Chinese food, and save the drinking for the Garden, for which I would leave at 7:15 and get into my seat before the puck was dropped.

Usually keep it simple - Sbarro's across the street or if I'm running late then I'll grab two pretzels and a bucket of large fries inside the Garden.

During the game, it has always been my custom to get one of those rather nasty pizzas at the 100 level food court. It was an incredibly thin crispy pizza that didn't take like Pizza and something I could only get at ranger games. I noticed during the preseason games this year that they changed the pizzas! now they aren't as good or nostalgic and i am thinking of looking for a new food but haven't found it yet. As far as drinks go, they just created this new beer garden, also in the 100 level hallway but on the opposite side of the ice. The beer ain't cheep but they have a good selection and they serve the beer in plastic mugs, not that waxy paper, and it comes with a complementary (if you can call 7 bucks for beer complementary) pretzle stick.
