you are not correct.

not nail but more like na-al. his name is pronounced with a soft a. almost like an ahh

hes actually a muslim tatar.

either way hes deadly talented. think igor larionov with a filthy shot

2012 will be the year of the russian.

Don't see the Rangers drafting a Russian in the first round any time soon.

And we wont have a chance at any of these highly touted prospects.

Sticking to my early gut on Kerdiles.

Fits the Rangers philosophy well. Should have a big year with the USNTDP and the U-18 WJC.

Good size, speed, skill, grit, strong character.

Will probably fly under the radar despite that and could be around 20-30.

Way too early to tell what our needs/wants will be.

IMO, it all depends on how Del Zotto's season unfolds. If he regains his form, we go forward, because our D-corp will be set for the foreseeable future. If Del Zotto has a bad year and we don't address the void via trade, we go offensive defenseman.
