There is an agreement between the US and Hockey Canada that states that 16 year olds cant play on either side of the borders unless they are moving for school, moving with their families or have their guardianship transferred to someone in the states.

welcome

we welcome you to the capital and I think we are all looking forward to seeing our teams back on the ice again for another year.

What kind of team do you expect we will see playing against our strong squad of 67's..?

I expect a full lineup. I don't think Domingue and Lefebvre will be gone to their NHL camp yet.

Frederick Roy 'A' (20) - Mikhail Grigorenko (17) - Adam Erne (16)
Anthony Duclair (16) - Michael McNamee (19) - Nick Sorensen (16)
Jeremie Malouin (19) - Alexandre Comtois (19) - Axel Rioux (18)
Cedric LeBlanc (18) - Kurt Etchegary (17) - Mathieu Lavallee (19)

Vincent Barnard 'A' (20) - Martin Lefebvre 'A' (19)
Mikael Tam 'C' (20) - Owen Werthner (19)
Brendan Duke (18) - Ryan Culkin (18)

Louis Domingue (19)
François Brassard (17)

Scratches: Patrick Walsh (17), Raphael Corriveau (17), Philippe Archambault (18), Mathieu Boily (16)

Young but very talented offense.
Experienced defense and goaltender.

Quebec will have a great team this year. I must say that Grigerenko is looking great and will most likely dominate the league if he can stay healthy. Roy will most certainly push him and his teamates to the limit, like he always does. It will be great to see him in action in the Nation's capital!

You never know, you might see him (Grigorenko) for 15+ years starting next June.

Because I created the thread, I can edit the title. Do you want me to change it to the "Official Remparts Thread" now, or later?

Where is Shane Prince right now? Is he attending camp or is he with the Sens at the moment? Just wondering if he will be playing against the Remparts next week or not?

Quebec is very talented despite their young age. Watch out for Adam Erne this kid has some real potential.

first preseason game

I think that the 67's will still be looking for chemistry as they will have only started camp on the 1st of Sept, and other then inter squad games they will be faced by a very good and more unified team in the Quebec team.

It is a real challenge and it will only benefit the team to start at a high level right out of the gate. maybe this is a prelude to the memorial cup show down.

I would think all the players that are drafted in the NHL will play in this game as they will have to leave after the game to their NHL teams training camp.

Does anyone know if this game will be on TV or the Radio?

If I understand the question, you are wanting section 13 - my seats are in 27 which is behind the visitors net for 2 periods.

The Gatineau owner is frustrated about that game between the 67's and Quebec.
