Keith Jones coming out of retirement?

My dad told me he heard this on 610 this morning but I haven't seen or heard anything about it. I am wondering if anybody else has any info. Supposedly his knee his feeling better and he wants to come back to the game. He will probably play some time after 12 weeks of conditioning I heard. I don't see his future with the Flyers but that is just my opinion. Obviously he could provide a leadership role but im not sure how much else he might be capable of. Anyone know how old he is now?

I thought he was older, but he'll be 35 in November.

Any confermation on this? I doubt he's going to ever attempt a comeback.

It was in the Inquirer yesterday or the day before yesterday. Then on Daily News Live, Barkann brought up that he has dropped a few "lbs" and has a new brace that would work wonders with his knee, says it's let him rollerblade and work out. They aren't sure if he is kidding or not. Barkann also that Jonesy would only play for the orange and black.

He's not serious. His knee is weaker than Morganti's hockey knowledge.

Niagara Man Ordered out of Canada

Jones' brother, Keith Jones, was in court and said he would post the bail. He said he believes his brother was despondent.

Any relation to the Jones we are talking about?

If Beef Jones came out of retirement, who would he play for, the Flyers?

I loved Jonesy... My first, and only, hockey game I went to was game 2 of the 2000 playoffs against Buffalo. Every time Hasek would come out of the net, the FU Center would yell "Hit Him!" and Jonesy did lol... got 2 minutes for it, but it was great... that was also, if anyone remembers, the game where John Leclair scored through the side of the net and it counted.

I bet the Rangers would try those kids from the Mighty Ducks movies and those fans in the bud light commercials and "Oh Melrose, dont forget the Bud Light, Rookie"
