There potential raises up if:

1. Slowly bring them up
2. Give them top minutes in AHL or during pre-season, slot all your prospects and bury all the NHL roster in the minors and call them up after final pre season game

With a lot of players the potential drops pretty fast to a C after the first couple seasons in the NHL.

Anisimov was a C potential in NHL 11 I think and it didn't stop him from becoming a a solid player. The C is average so it just means progression is a little slower.

Correct. A player's skill doesn't decrease until they have C- potential. They will continue to improve slightly if they have C potential

That's correct, Kelsey Tessier starts off a 72C on NHL 11, he got up to 83 in one of my GM's

Generally that won't happen unless A.) They stank as a prospect for instance you draft a guy whose overall potential is C or B.) They are 30 or so years old.

The system isn't bad at all really obviously some players aren't as accurate as others but the development seems to work well I really like that aspect of BAGM.

Anyone looking to get Survivor Series tickets at MSG? Looks like from their marketing that the Rock's gonna be wrestling at Survivor Series and that Vince has more ideas up his sleeve for the PPV. Should be pretty epic.

By the way, I don't think I've ever heard MSG as hyped up as it was on Raw last night, not even on Ranger broadcasts. You'd think it was Dolan in the announce teams ears last night, not McMahon.

Yeah I think I'm going to try to get two tickets for that...any idea if there's going to be any pre-sale or is it all Saturday at 10 am?

NHL 12 thinks highly of Stepan. 82B = 87-89 in the future.

I always draft him in GM mode, with fantasy draft, because he turns into an 89

I remember drama class. This girl I had a crush on in my sophomore year of highschool was in my drama class. Then by luck of the draw, both of us got volunteered to do a little scene. I was the dad and she was the mom, and some other girl was the daughter.

We had to fight about something, and then the daughter tried calming us down and because she was such an ass, although I thank her for it, she told us to hug and kiss.

Ahhhh drama class, how much I love you

So the guys who want me to audition for them, basically told me to audition anyway, even though my schedule sucks. Im kinda psyched for it, cause its the type of music I can really get into drum-wise.

if anyone wants to check them out, theyre called Ikillya, and the songs I need to learn are EHR, and Razorblades. Theyve got some decent stuff on their youtube and webpage too. and a pro music video, which is pretty sweet.

Ive basically had those two songs on loop for three hours trying to learn the parts. :sigh: Its so much easier when a band starts from scratch and you learn it or write it yourself :/
