Anyone still watching this? Probably still more people here than at Islander games.

Yankee Stadium is packed.

Good for the fans that are still there.

Reminds me of a game I went to about 10 years, Expos vs Brewers in Montreal. No rain delay obvs, just crazy empty. Was about 1000plus fans in attendance. Foul ball hit in our area and we would just walk over and get it. We ended up moving down to first row next to Brewers dugout. Got to chat with Bob Apodaca (former Met pitching coach) for a little. Good times.

Edit: LOL, this chick must have expected to sing in front of thousands when she was scheduled for this. Little did she know she would have to wait around for 8 hours and sing to 48 people.

I think it's safe to say that Granderson is a long shot at MVP.

If you asked me, I think Miggy has vaulted past him, and should be ahead of Ellsbury and Bautista.

In my opinion:

1) Miggy
2) Verlander
3) Elsbury
4) Bautista
5) Granderson/Cano
6) Agon

Here's a gem from the Daily News.

Quote:
In truth, circumstances hardly seem to matter these days as Robertson continues to blossom into perhaps the best set-up man in baseball. Lately he has cut down on the walks, his one issue at times, while continuing to rack up the strikeouts with ridiculous ease.

With three more yesterday he has 89 for the season, the highest total among AL relievers. That's 89 in 581/3 innings, or nearly 14 per inning.

Soriano is a joke. A complete joke.

I hate the friggin Orioles. It must suck being a fan of a team who only shows up to play 19 games out of 162.

So Sox lose 3/4 against Jays and Yankees blow the opportunity to put some distance in the division race by splitting 4 game set against Orioles. Could come back and bite them on the ass.

I'm sick of Michael going on about how tired the team is. Please, they're playing a game. Let's not make this out to be manual labor

Yeah he's going to be good.

He looks like a right handed Cano. but with more power.

Aaron Laffey? For those of you who don't understand, this is why Yankees fans want Girardi fired.
