Habs 2011-12 Broadcast Schedule

If this has already been posted, you can close it and point me in the right direction.

RDS
http://www.rds.ca/surnosondes/index....t=GO#alantenne
All regular season games. Also, it seems they will cover most of the preseason this year. 6 of 7 in September but I can't see October on their schedule yet. Can anyone confirm yet?

CBC
http://www.cbc.ca/sports/hockey/stor...hnic-sked.html
26 games on CBC. Looking at the schedule, my assumption is 14 of them will be the national game.

TSN
http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/feature/?fid=29181
I count 15 national games including the preseason game against the Lightning on Sep.29.

I'm pretty happy with this coverage. I don't have confirmation yet, but I'm expecting RDS to air that October 1 game in Quebec City.

Good, I was looking for that info on the pre season games, glad they will be showing most of them. I really hope they don't have them on RIS like the past couple of years just showing some parts of the game

It better be more than that I see 18 going national.

Good news for those who have Shaw Direct satellite as it will carry the TSN Habs channel. There will be 30 regional games this season.http://www.tsn.ca/habs/

Wasn't too sure where to post this, but didn't want to make a redundant thread.

TSN announced today their schedule for Canadiens regional telecasts and with those 30 additional games, they will be producing a total of 45 Habs games this season, starting with the Sept. 29 preseason game against the Lightning later this month.

These 30 additional games will be available to fans in the teamís broadcast region, including Quebec, Atlantic Canada and parts of Eastern Ontario.

Combine that with the 28 games CBC is showing, and that'd be 72 games in English this upcoming season... If I didn't have Videotron.

Wow many of the games on TSN are actually on the main channel not TSN-Habs aka non-regional. That's pretty cool. It isn't a lot but it's better than nothing. Plus I do have RDS.

So happy about this. How does it work on Shaw Direct? If you get TSN HD, do you automatically get the regional feed in HD?

Is there any hope that Rogers follows suit and puts it on TSN2 for the regional telecasts?

This link shows where all the HNIC games will be shown for the next three weeks. http://www.cbc.ca/sports/hockeynightincanada/broadcast/

This Saturday's HNIC game Colorado at Montreal is for Quebec only. The Oct. 22 game Leafs at Habs is the national game except for Sask. Man. and some areas of Ontario. The Oct. 29 Bruins at Habs game was changed to Quebec only. It was supposed to be for BC, Quebec, and the Atlantic provinces.

The November HNIC games, http://www.cbc.ca/sports/hockeynightincanada/broadcast/ and it is not good news.

The games on Nov. 5 Habs at Rangers, Nov. 12 Habs at Predators, and Nov. 26 Rangers at Habs are for Quebec only.

The Nov. 19 Penguins at Habs game is for most of Ontario and all of Quebec and Atlantic Canada.
