Are these service fees applicable when you buy directly (in person) from the box office?

1. Saint John Sea Dogs

3. Portland Winterhawks
4. Shawinigan Cataractes
5. Plymouth Whalers
6. Quebec Remparts
7. Kelowna Rockets
8. Sarnia Sting
9. Red Deer Rebels
10. Victoriaville Tigres
Not sure if I like this rating or not. In Stammer's last year we were rated 9th in the country at the beginning of the year and finished 6th in the conference.

The service fee from the city kicks in after $4...but I don't think it is a $5 fee...I thought it was $1 per ticket or a pro rated amount...Call the city on that one and ask,

According to website....from 2009
Premium Seating $21.00
Bowl Seating $16.00
Reserved Standing $16.00
General Admission $16.00

All prices include a $1.00 City of Sarnia surcharge.
So I thinkthey are misleading the public...even when you add HST and surcharged, X game purchasers got hosed...
I am not aware of any increase in the city surcharge...

Sarnia Sting Roster Update

I've been checking the Sting website daily to see if any changes had been made in regards to names on roster, jersey numbers, etc, and see today it has been updated.
http://sarniasting.com/roster/list/year/2011/team/17
Just like last year, some of the numbers guys have been wearing during the pre-season, ex. Rensfeldt wearing #15, DeAngleo #6, are NOT the numbers that'll be on the back of their uniforms all season long.

Love how DeAngelo is wearing #77 - Does he idolize Paul Coffey? Raymond Bourque?

It'd be interesting to know.

I feel as though that the Sting website could do a better job at marketing this team - more Get-To-Know-Pieces and more articles in general. It seems they go too long between stories to keep fans interested.

I'd definitely be willing to lend a hand at promoting this team more.

I think the Sting website does have quite a few article in general. If you compare them to the Knights, the next most visited OHL team site I check out, they have a lot more I think. I do like that the Knights thou and even Spits have players displayed on their main page, marketing the star players that help sell the tickets and put people in the seats.
