Perhaps he resigned before the Kings canned him for Fatboy Penner. I don't see much good coming from Penner! Never liked the deal and I don't think he'll play a whole lot with Kopitar and Willie or Brown. Kings could be back to square one at LW
Penner will be fine if your coach and gm learn how to get the most out of him.
He was formerly employed by the Raiders. He could have gotten an offer with a significant pay hike, who knows. I'm sure the Kings will find another athletic strength and conditioning coach. I thought it was interesting that they hired someone who didn't have a hockey background in Tim Adams.
