If using an avatar that is already made are we to switch now or would it be better to hold out and switch avatars collectively when a majority have been made? does it matter?

Hey everyone,

Thanks for voting and I appreciate all the great feedback! I thought all the avatar options were great and it was pretty cool how they were all so similar! This should be a lot of fun and I love the ideas already submitted.

I'm at work now but will begin working on them tonight. I also have a pretty light weekend (just LOTS of football) so I should be able to get a good jump on the requests.

I'll start creating in the order they were submitted and will post a few at a time in the thread and mark who it is assigned to. I also believe Plong123 will be keeping track in the original post so you can see if your idea has been taken or not.

Admittedly, tho, my vote was not one of those two votes that my design received. BUT STILL.

I have no idea if the PSD will work for me and mine, but I intend to give it a try.

Ok. So for us non-media savvy types who are trying to "grab" pictures from the CBJ website from the galleries - how do I get one other than in "thumbnail" version?

right click on the picture and 'view in new tab' if you can... then click on 'insert image' on here and paste the web address to the photo.

There is a difference if you end up with the slide show type deal or the pictures themselves concerning which right-click options you get.

Also, if you find a thumbnail you like, switch the "thumb" part of the link with "std".

Provided there aren't any objections with the fine folks who have already claimed Calvert, Nash, and Russell, I'd like to grab a few frames from my video

I'd like the words "A Call to Joy"

and whichever of these works better on the first or second portion, don't care

If anybody else wants frames out of the video, and haven't downloaded it from YouTube, let me know I can post the frames if you want.

I don't mind if you put them up right away. Whenever is convenient to you. We'll all get there eventually. Early adopters will get the "WTF is that" comments from the mains first, I guess
