NLA Rumors?

I am looking for a good sight for Euro hockey rumors, the NLA included, and wanted to see what teams are rumored to be looking for right now (i.e. are they all set, trying to sign a goalie, still need a couple forwards, etc.)

Does anyone have any info on this?

Most teams are set now, but some moves will still happen. On the top of my head:

- Fribourg's goalie situation is not resolved yet as they are not sure Huet will be back.

- Lugano is set but may still unload David Aebischer, who is scheduled to be a backup anyway. Fribourg could be interested.

- Bern is looking to unload defenseman Joel Kwiatowski and sign a forward with their last import spot, though there's been rumors Kwiatowski could play as a forward. They may also look for a non import forward, depending on the severity of Kevin Lötscher's injury, who could be Fribourg's Valentin Wirz.

- Geneva is trying to save money and thus could unload Richard Park.

Feel free to add to this list as I can't remember any more potential roster move.

NLA Highlights?

Well, tricky question! And welcome to the "Hockey Nation Switzerland" . Honestly ,there is not many decent highlights reported, unfortunately.
Here a short summary:

1. The clubs report their results(http://www.nationalleague.ch/NL/clubs/de/index.php).

2.Swiss Icehockey's (Nationalleague) reports are from stone age, (they do report amount of spectators but they haven't been able to manage how to report the save % of goelkeepers ;-).

3. "hockeyfans" and "slapshot"; are written ny amateurs and obviously all kinds of "would like to journalists".Don't even bother.

4. An online newspaper called "20min" is existing, kind a boulevard paper, but their level is even lower (primitive) than those two mentioned before. (here one of those great' authors of swiss hockey.. http://www.ehc-forum.ch/showthread.php?tid=1174). Where is the code of ethics in journalism in this country?!

Gosh, that sounds depressing..perhaps someone else can give a hand?

But you have to wait till next week. After every matchs day, you have some replays of all these games.

The championship will begin next thursday.

They have also the highlights of every game. Normally they are online one hour after the games.

There is this link on league website, with stats and videos (bluewin).

Really the stats are very poorly: better on hockeyfans.

I noticed Park was unloaded and went back to North America. Why is Servette-Geneve trying to unload salary? Can Rico Fata really cost that much less than Park?

They don't earn enough money because of their crappy arena, and the owner is unwilling to invest his own.

There's no way to know the actual salary of Fata and Park, but given that Fata played for a bottom team like Biel, he probably didn't earn that much last season.

On top of that, Park didn't deliver to expectation/level of salary he had !

Would he have been stelar, he would still be in Geneva. (my 2cts but still logical guess)
