Color me a bit dumbfounded by the premise of the question, but what is our frame of reference in determining "rated"? By opinions on HfBoards? Nhl 11? Some guys in a bar?

Not trying to be coy, it just seems to be placing such objective absolutes onto such a subjective premise.

I suppose I would say Sidney Crosby. Everyone thinks he is the best player in the world, and he is the best player in the world. Beyond that it gets all blurry and subjective.
